Bring your learners across in minutes
Most South African schools already keep their learner and guardian records in SA-SAMS. Rather than retyping everything, you simply export from SA-SAMS and upload the file — SyncPoint Notify recognises the columns for you.
It also reads plain CSV and Excel spreadsheets, so however your data is stored, getting started is a quick, non-destructive import — existing learners are updated, never wiped.
Smart column detection
The importer maps SA-SAMS, CSV and Excel columns automatically — learner name, grade, class, admission number and guardian cell — and asks you to confirm anything it's unsure about.
Sensitive data left out
ID numbers, medical notes, addresses and results are recognised and never imported. Only what's needed to message parents is kept.
Import & export
Pull learners in from SA-SAMS exports, and export your message history and contacts back out to CSV whenever you need them.
